Most of the restaurants on this list are either in or near the Historic District but this one requires a car or a cab or an Uber to get to unless you’re really into walking. Why go all this way? Because here is where you’ll find what most people in this town agree are the best burgers in Savannah.

Grass fed, all-natural, and dressed up with things like chipotle BBQ and jalapenos or bacon, cheddar, and a fried egg, or pimento cheese and bacon, or… well, if you’re not getting hunger pangs by now, I’m not sure how I can help you.

Favorites here include the Rustico, with goat cheese and balsamic caramelized onions, or the Whole Farm, with bacon, cheddar, and a fried egg if you want to take your cholesterol medication out for a spin.

Note that although they do have some outdoor tables, the restaurant is currently only doing takeout and delivery due to COVID concerns.
