Silk Route
Savannah Restaurants > Troy Mediterranean
Review
This fantastic 2025 addition to the Savannah dining scene is far from the beaten track for most tourists, but that’s part of what makes it so special.
A lovely dining room feels open and airy and the adjacent bar/lounge is a great spot for a casual hang and a cocktail.
The menu traces the Silk Route with Asian and Mediterreanean influences. Start with the fluffy pork gua bao buns or signature octupus if you are feeling “Far East” or go for the middle with and absolutely sinful spanakopita with creamy spinach and feta or the kachapuri naan bread stuffed with spices and cheese. The latter is slap-yo-momma good.
Mains range from roasted miso chicken to aleppo honey ribs with stops at things like pomegranate braised lamb and cauliflower steak along the way.
Everything we sampled was beyond good – perfection on a plate.
Highly recommended!
