Starland Yard
Savannah Restaurants > Starland Yard
Review
This funky outdoor space in the Starland District is made of old shipping containers converted to dining areas, a restaurant, a bar, and room for rotating food trucks, events, entertainment, and more. It’s a really cool, inviting, and unique space that provides a different experience almost every time you visit.
When you enter, you provide a credit card and get a wristband that allows you to go anywhere and get anything that is then charged automatically to your card – you settle your bill and tip out as you leave. It’s a great way of doing things that allows you to forget about digging for your wallet at each place you want to visit.
Start with a drink at the full bar and then consider moving on to Vittoria Pizza, which is there all the time offering a small but delectable menu of pizzas, calzones, subs, and salads.
The food truck option rotates daily but they have several regulars including Loki Food Bus (Israeli and North African cuisine), Dark Shark Tacos, Pie Society (English Pub), Chazito’s (Latin), and more.
Check the website for the schedule and for their frequent events including open mic nights, trivia contests, bands, and more.
