The same folks who do the popular Collins Quarter restaurant have this gorgeous space just off Bay Street with a bustling bar and restaurant serving up Aussie twists on familiar pubgrub. It would be a shame to not start with the loaded potato chip nachos but then the sky’s the limit for dinner, from seafood to steak to chicken roasted or schnitzel to “pork and beans” (a pork chop and andouille sausage with baked beans) to an Aussie burger complete with an egg over easy on top. Delish!
