Review
This Savannah staple is still going strong despite Paula Deen’s, *ahem* “troubles,” and while the food is still good it’s nowhere near as interesting as it used to be before more inventive foodie restaurants started coming to town.
COVID made them do away with their buffet, so now everything is served “family style,” where you get to order 2 or 3 main dishes (fried chicken, pot roast, meatloaf, etc.) and a bunch of sides (collards, mac and cheese, etc.) for set price per person.
Nothing here will set your taste buds on fire but loyalists say its worth the elevated prices.
