Review

The Starland District is developing a reputation for its fun and unique dining options and The Vault is helping solidify that impression.

Located in a former bank, they even have a tasting room inside the old vault (hence the name). It’s a bright, open, and airy space and they do have outdoor dining options if the weather is cooperating.

The menu is pan-Asian with a little bit of Japanese (sushi), Chinese (dumplings), Thai, and even some Asian-influenced tacos (BBQ duck, spicy Korean, etc.) that allows you to mix and match flavors that all wind up somehow being complimentary despite the region hopping.

Prices are moderate – everything on the menu is under $20 – and the quality is high, so it feels like you’re getting a good deal here.
